1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be considered only within 48 hours from the date and time of payment, subject to the condition that no service has been initiated on the client’s file.
Any request raised after the 48-hour period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
2. Commencement of Services
Once any part of the visa assistance process has begun, the service shall be deemed as commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Profile assessment or eligibility evaluation
- Document review, verification, or correction
- Form filling (DS-160 or other visa application forms)
- Appointment booking, rescheduling, or coordination
- Internal documentation, backend processing, or case handling
After service commencement, no refund will be applicable, even if the request is made within 48 hours of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following charges are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the refund request timeline:
- Government or embassy fees
- VFS / VAC / biometric fees
- Third-party service charges
- Courier or logistics charges
- Priority, expedited, or express processing fees
4. Visa Decision Disclaimer
Visa approval, refusal, delay, or placement under administrative processing is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Global Visa Online does not guarantee visa approval, and therefore no refund will be provided in the event of:
- Visa refusal
- Application delays
- Administrative processing
- Changes in embassy rules or requirements
5. Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel, withdraw, or discontinue the service after payment, no refund shall be issued once processing has commenced, regardless of the stage of the application.
6. Exceptional Refunds
In rare and exceptional cases, refunds may be approved at the sole discretion of Global Visa Online. Such refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable administrative, service, and processing charges.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
7. Acceptance of Policy
By making a payment to Global Visa Online, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
